We in the lounge work with local beef, the meat grows in the Golan Heights in free grazing. We choose the pieces from selected herds and age them in an aging room for about 3-4 weeks. We are in the lounge for meat and wine lovers, at the same time other values are important to us: protecting the planet, loving the animals and helping Israeli businesses make blue and white. We were recently invited to collaborate with a really exciting Israeli high-tech company, Redfine Meat, one of the few companies in the world that has succeeded in producing meat in a laboratory and bringing the produce to commercial quantities and in the future to change the face of world meat consumption. Redefine meat products are still more expensive than regular beef – but we made a decision to keep the price the same as our regular menu prices Our products menu in the lounge
